Hi, I just found out on Christmas Eve that my husband and I are expecting #1!
We're also trying to plan a home birth but not currently living in the state where we'll be for the birth. And we don't find out where we'll be until March/April. Then we'll move in May (I think I'll be around 24 weeks) and start the next step in a new place!
I'm also paranoid about a miscarriage, and I get the feeling that's par for the course but it's still hard. I work at a coffee shop, so I'm trying to rein in my caffeine intake and so far, so good!
I've never really used forums much but this seems like a good idea because no one except the hubby (/partner) really wants to hear about a pregnancy as much as the pregnant woman wants to talk about it! lol I've only known about this for a few days and I think my coworkers are at their wits' end!
I'm looking forward to 'meeting' you all!
