Work up at 3am with some really strong ctx- every 10-15 min. we're at about 5 min now, 3cm, and 50%. Still breech. MW has been here, and will call again in about an hour to check in. I am so tired, and cannot lay down at all BUT, we're finally on our way to meeting this beautiful babe....

Can you lay forward on a birth ball, like knees on the ground, arms draped over it, crossed, supporting your head? Not sleep, but maybe some rest? Or stick pillows under your knees/belly, and let your head down, on the bed?

Thinking thoughts of baby turning, and things going smoothly so you can get some rest soon!
