Does anyone run a diaper service?

I'm interested in starting one up. Does anyone have one? Would it be a total PITA? Would I make any money? There is absolutely nothing like this in my part of the world and it is a pretty green place.

My general understanding is that it is a tough business to actually turn a profit with. Does anyone remember one existing where you are at? It could be they just couldn't make it. It's unfortunate because it's such a great service but between gas costs for picking up and dropping off, plus the labor intensive processes of sorting diapers, counting, etc. I'd imagine it's more trouble than it's worth financially.
