I'm glad to see a high-profile name coming into this particular vaccine fray.

But, can anyone explain to me why she feels the need to put her breasts in such prominance on her website and magazine covers??? I mean, c'mon, they are the first thing you notice when you see a picture of her (and, it is obvious, this is no accident).

I find it difficult to take her as seriously as she deserves. She is a smart woman. She is an attractive woman. And, though there is nothing wrong with being proud of your looks, emphasizing them in such a manner (in dress and pose) says (in my opinion), "Hey, look at my great boobs!"

I'm not saying that you can't be both attractive and intelligent (as Erin Brockovich IS). But, I think a smart woman knows she doesn't have to use and overly emphasize her looks to be noticed.

People made a great deal of fun of Marcia Clark during the O.J. trial because of her short skirts. I wonder if Erin Brockovich dresses for trial the same way she dresses for her blog site and magazine covers, as well?

All that being said, I hope she nails Merck to the wall!

How will she get around the VAERS obstacle? I thought the whole reason VAERS was set up was to protect Pharma from taking any responsibility for the injuries that is causes.

VAERS = Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (that's what that is).

ETA- there is a special Vaccine Court where cases like this one are heard.
