I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with my half-dead christmas tree. I live in a duplex and it's not like there's someplace I can just toss it out back. We have a town dump, but I'm pretty sure they don't take trees! Suggestions? Thanks!

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

My town has scheduled curbside pickup for Christmas trees (and fallen leaves). They get chipped and mulched. We can also drop them off at our local recyling center (same dealio).
Many landfills have a side business of chipping/mulch. They'll take brush, trees, leaves . . . mulch it, then sell the mulch. I don't know if they also charge a tip fee.

Check around in your town. In my area if you take your tree to one of the big box home improvement stores they will mulch it. The mulch is then used in the community's parks, play grounds and landscaping.
I just looked it up and it's state wide in GA and you get a free tree seedling too. It's called "Bring one for the Chipper"

Yeah, call your city and find out where you can take it. They will either have a curbside pick-up or somewhere you can take it for mulch!
