Environmentally friendly and kid friendly paint (not watercolor)?

I am looking for an alternative to regular old tempera paint (and it's yucky smell).

Any suggestions?

BTW we already have a few kinds of watercolor--I want something opaque.

I have found this

http://www.kidbean.com/livos-salis-n...-for-kids.html

That says it can be diluted and used with brushes. There aren't any reviews.. so I thought maybe someone here as tried it.

Yes I know for the amount of paint you get... and we go through LOTS of paint in our house-- which is why I was hoping someone else had another avenue...
