All my cupboards are full of it. I'm just rinsing pots and dishes as I use them because I'm too stressed/overwhelmed by the mess to otherwise deal. Now I'm in "get through it" mode. I think dh travels in another week, so it's month-to-month for a while.

We went through that 2 summers ago. I taped off the cupboards in the kitchen (plastic sheeting and duct tape) and cleared everything off the counters before we started. It probably helped some but it took days to finally clean out all the grit. I can still smell the plaster dust. Are you all using mask for the tear out and clean up? Some of that old plaster use to have asbestos in it, or lead in the old paint.

It was 42 here today. Our 20 + inches of snow on the ground is trying to melt.

The mood I'm in today, I might have left it angry for a day or so.
about dh: we talked briefly when he got home from work. I had purchased a new eyeglass fix kit and told him I wasn't trying to start a fight. I later asked if he has had his thyroid checked in any of the labs done this past year. I mentioned that his weight gain, irritability, and sometimes feeling cold when we're all comfortable might be thyroid. And that it can effect other hormones. He has an appointment later next week, but I'll be going in before then to review my current labs. I'm making it a point to talk with the doc first.
fmr: no actual fm, but went to the running shoe store, and bought a new pair of NB shoes. Spent a long time talking with the sales person, explaining injury, pt, my theories on what caused the problem. Tried on several pairs. Most were good, but found one I really feel good in. Plan to run just half a mile on the TM tomorrow and see what happens. Finger crossed.
