No-Testers in the New Year - Page 32

Lauren- Hang in there, you can wait! Saying that I also tested yesterday even though I knew it was too early : Of course it was BFN... What a blow even though I knew I was early. I was just hoping maybe.

Arghh, so now I need you guys to tell me... nope... no way... not testing early again. I can wait another week... can't I? All my BFP's (ok two of them) came at DPO 14. So I can wait... I can do this. I can wait. But I don't want too. : I want to know now!

Thanks guys! I think I just need to simmer down and be happy that my LP is 10 days, at least I guess I just get so nervous about my body not ovulating again for a while because I had to deal with it for a whole friggin year... I am going to do my best and not stress and just wait to see what my temp tomorrow will bring.

[QUOTE=minsca;13062577]Soooo... DH tells me last night that I'm pregnant. In fact he is willing to bet that I am pregnant, because I smell pregnant. As in... down there, I smell like I have the last times I have been pregnant. QUOTE]

Yeah, mine was like... uh, that's different.....Not bad- just different.... REAL sexy thought when your libido is already mutinous thanks to preg hormones...

So I'm wondering if I'm the only wuss who is "epidural all the way!!!" I got mine at 1cm, and enjoyed every second of my pain-free, puke-free, sweat-free birth. Next time around, I might get it at 1/2cm! haha!

to all of you who can do natural childbirth. It is just not for me!!
I'm for an epidural all the way too.

I am all for epidurals too!

My dear friend, poor girl, asked for an epidural...doctor said "no, you don't need it yet"...finally gave it to her, 5 minutes later she starts going into full-blown labor. Epidural hadn't even kicked in yet! Not the kind of experience she wanted, but she says it was all worth it for her little bundle!

Musiclady, you won't be sorry! I spent 1-10cm watching a "Dirty Jobs" marathon on TV and then napping.

Right after DS was born, the doctor was doing all kinds of *rough* stuff (which I did not feel at all) to get the bleeding to slow down. She said, "I'm really glad you had an epidural," and I replied, "I haven't regretted it for a minute!" I'm sure I would have been through the roof without it.

boo

I started something today.. not exactly spotting.. like.. pre-spotting.. TMI but its kinda like a golden discharge.. not brown, not red.

anyway.. also got a few pre-AF cramps and have a massive headache right now (which is not good as i'm about to go to a 3 doors down/hinder concert!).

So I expect to wake up tomorrow with a visitor.. or at least for her to show up during the day.

Tresa: I miss you already! Hope you are doing OK!

Lauren: I'm glad that I'm not the only one who has a drink/glass of wine while TTC. Sorry to hear about the BFN but it's not over until AF arrives!

Carlyle: I agree the worst about about TTC is the try try again.

Lis: I'm not feeling like I'm pregnant. I actually feel like AF is on the way any minute. I wish anything would work! so I hold out hope for the so-called RELAX... I hope you are feeling better soon!

Aimee: I'm keeping my fingers crossed for some good news from you!!

BeauGeek: I feel for you at 5 dpo... it's all a waiting game at that point!

Pam: Hang in there! I think it pays to wait and then you'll know for sure. If you got your other BFP at 14 dpo try to hold out until then!

colorbywords: I hope AF stays far far away! I'm sending you some good vibes.

AFM, I feel like AF is on the way... my guess is sometime tomorrow. My temp dropped today so I'd say all signs are pointing that way... it's depressing but I don't know what to do about it. I'm going to see a RE next week... I'm glad my appointment is finally here... maybe I'll get some answers/some renewed hope...

*sigh* All this waiting just STINKS.

Still no AF for me... she's due tomorrow. I'm sooo nervous!!!

hehe, it is all about moderation... I feel like 1/2 glass with dinner is not going to hurt anything, especially 4-5-6 dpo... I am 10dpo today and I am not having tonight... oh well. I have sharp twingey pains in my stomach area, so I am hoping its baby implanting and finding a COMFY home

Fingers crossed for you, Lauren!

Hi. Checked in today.

I wrote about my thoughts on my blog. I will be back sooner than I thought I would, probably, though not in such a strong way, because I don't think I can. Who said that cd1 and 2 are the hardest? I think you were right. Though it was really, really hard for me this month. I didn't see it coming, and it's been really bad.

Anyway, here I am, writing my every single little thought out as only I can.

I really miss you guys, and were it not for the TTC stuff, I'd be here every day, but I have to separate for my own good.

:::: Thanks for understanding.

I am so tempted to test, but am afraid of that bfn I am having absolutely no symptoms. I don't know if that is good or bad. I usually have twingy pains before af, plus breast tenderness. This time I am not having that. I had nausea yesterday in the morning, buut that could have been anything. I don't know what to think. Do you think the lack of symptoms mean that it is a bfn?
AF arrived this morning. Booo!

I agree that CD 1-3 are always difficult. Not really sure what to say... I'm not happy about it.

I guess I'm out too... there was some pink this morning... *sigh*

Colorbywords, KellyTTC#1, and Reikagoth--

Lauren -- any news?
Put me down as stalking, just waiting for first pp AF it's basically been a month now so no idea where I am in my cycle, wating for AF, O or 2ww. Currently had a little spotting with some mild dull achey type cramps, so I don't think I can call it AF, do we call it a cousin when it's a few days of a little bit of spotting.

Each to their own when it comes to childbirth, but I have to say I did go down the natural route. But I am a wuss when it comes to pain, I will pass out at needles and my veins collapse because I don't like stuff sticking out my skin. But I did hypnobabies and actually enjoyed the birth. Had to use gas and air at the end but I had been put on a drip to help the contractions as my waters break and contractions just don't get strong enough. It's a family thing as my mum did the same thing twice. So I think that mean my contractions will have been stronger than 'natural' ones, but it was all very managable.

Hypnobabies was really helpful to relax and even after no sleep at all I pushed effectively and without all the fuss than goes with some births. I would recommend it to anyone

well... my temp is slightly up but I got a BFN on those cheap internet tests I got on ebay... I keep saying I am going to wait until 14dpo but then I keep thinking, well if I get a positive on 14 dpo I HAVE to get one on 10, 11, 12, 13, (etc, you get the idea ) OK... I am not going to let it get me down, because I am not out until the temperature drops and the fat lady sings . Plus, my LP seems a lot better this cycle!!! (even if I really Od on the monday and not the saturday-- even then I am 9dpo! WOO HOO longer LP!!!)

Food for thought: If yesterday was implantation, it might take another 3 days to have a detectable amount of HcG. I'd hold out testing until day 14 or 15.

I'm so excited for you either way!
