So I had a slightly less negative opk today - I hope it gets darker!!! I actual feel hopeful that I could ovulate in the not so distant future!

I am trying to think of it as positive that I'm not pregnant yet because I need some dental work done.

I know what you mean. If we're successful this cycle the due date would be 3 days before dd's birthday and 4 days before mine - we'd end up with 3 birthdays within a week (assuming an 'on-time' baby). That's one reason I was really hoping to get pregnant this month. I think I'd still rather take my chances, I'd really like a 2009 baby and we're gatting down to the wire.

Until this month, I kept thinking about when the baby's birthday would be if and when I ever get pg again.
But I don't care now I'll take a BFP (or any signs of fertility for that matter!) whenever I can get it.

It would be great to be birth buddies!
I dunno on the testing...the last few months I started at 10dpo, I think I got my BFP (very faint) for DS on 11 or 12DPO...I keep telling myself to try and hold out til 12 dpo (Wed, right?)

What about you? When are you thinking of testing?

Yeah, that I am a bit worried about having a Christmas baby, but that is tough. I want to pregnant too much to skip a month LOL

? Anyone have a male obgyn ?
I'd really prefer a female obgyn but our insurance changed and i can't find the np obgyn i loved listed, but i did find a male obgyn that is in the same office as she was.

I've never had a male obgyn, but I have had male PCPs. I will say that I would just feel a lot more comfortable with a female obgyn-especially one who has also had children. I don't know...it just seems as though they would really be able to relate to your problems, really understand any fears or concerns, and maybe be more understanding/gentle/supportive throughout the process.

Again, I have never had a male in order to compare, but those would be my thoughts. You could always visit with him a couple of times and if he sucks, change You aren't married to your doctor, you can always change!

*sigh* I'm 12dpo, and noticing each and every little twinge. I have ONE test. DP says to wait until AF is late before testing, since we don't really NEED to go buy more tests. But if AF is late, then I think we know why, so why bother testing?! Gah!

So I'll be here, twiddling my thumbs impatiently and waiting for another 2+ days to see what happens. See you in the new months thread, I suppose?

well, af usually shows around 10 dpo as well. I have been poas everyday because I joined the poas everyday club

But I'm not going to tomorrow. So, the next time will be monday I think. I might hold out until tuesday...if I can!

But today my back is killing me, and my cervix is low and partly open and soft...which sounds like right before af comes

we shall see. I won't give up hope
