Any recommendations for books by Charles De Lint? I haven't read any but might actually have a bit more time with my youngest starting preschool soon...Thanks!

I LOVE Charles DeLint!
I would start out with Dreams Underfoot. It's a collection of short stories and a nice introduction to many of the characters.
After that...any of the other short story collections, or the novels.
Some of my favorite novels are Memory and Dream, Jack of Kinrowan, The Little Country...
My absolute favorite DeLint character ( actually she is my favorite literary character ever) is Jilly Coppercorn.
:
Enjoy! He writes some wonderful stories.
P.S. Personally, I would read them in order so some of the character's stories unfold in order, but if you aren't bothered by knowing endings before you read the background stories, then it wouldn't matter.

I love Charles de Lint also! I haven't read anything of his for a long time! I second the Dreams Underfoot suggestion. I also liked the novel Trader. Enjoy!
