Help me find a pattern for this yarn!

I've recently started knitting again after a 4 year hiatus. I'd say I'm advanced beginnerish, but up for a *bit* of a challenge.

So, I've got this beautiful wool that my mom bought a few years ago but never used - 10 skeins (50 grams/125 yards each) of DK size baby alpaca (luxury indicita brand) in a dark grey.

Any ideas? What would you use it for?? Thank you!

Hmm, sweater? I am still getting the hang of weights and such but when I hear the word grey all I can see is sweater. Maybe vest? I picked up KnitSimple Holiday 2007 and it had a great knit vest that someday I will try.

Since you haven't been knitting in a while, you might not be aware of Raverly. If you're looking for inspiration, I think it's THE place to go. You can search their extensive pattern database by plugging in the amount of yarn you have and the yarn weight (along w/other search parameters like pattern difficulty, free patterns, etc.) to get all kind of options for your project. You can also search by the yarn to see what other people have made with it.
