Do you take your EPO on an empty stomach?? I only started taking them yesterday, first one was yesterday morning I took 1 and my prenatal at the same time (prenatal is 100% food derived, so it doesn't bother my stomach at all) then I had a bowl of cereal about 5-10 minutes later. I felt kinds "weird" light headed-ish and just kinda off, laid down for a while and felt better, didn't think much of it. I took 2 more EPO that day, one with lunch, one after dinner with no ill effect.
This morning I took an EPO and my prenatal, then made my way to the kitchen for breakfast, I started to feel REALLY hungry, then my stomach started to ache, and pretty soon my whole uterus was tight & burning and really painful!! I tried to shove some food into my mouth really quickly, tried laying down, then finally went into the bathroom b/c I thought I was going to throw up, but nothing came out. After heaving for a few minutes though, I felt much better. Came back out, ate breakfast and am fine now.
That was at least a half hour ago, and no other pains in my stomach, so do you think it was b/c of the EPO or a contraction or what????
