Thanks for the thoughts.
We're about 3 km past the 40 km grad rocket range, so, so far nothing here. The towns next to us have been hit a few times ... they're in the magic 40 km circle; we're just on the border/beyond it, you know?
There were rumors that there were 60 km rockets fired, but that disappeared in one day, haven't heard it again since. But that gave the schools a kick in the pants and they got ready after that ... the kids all know where the safe rooms in their schools are (even the 4yo ... "Ima, we practiced running to the room today!"

... well, she was excited when she said it, but I'm doing the sad-face-thing), and my 5th grader was jealous that 6th graders get to take a one-day first aid course and 5th graders don't.

And they're praying a lot. The bigger classes have given up their recesses to say Tehillim/Psalms (actually, that started the week before, when the rockets hitting the south really ratcheted up).
My 1st grader, though, is having a tough time. His thumb is planted firmly in his mouth and he is not talking much, not pooping much either, and is constantly asking if the teeleem (rockets) will hit us. Since nothing's happened here yet, I can only guess that the school preparations are stressing him out. We don't have a TV, so all my news is coming from the Internet, so he isn't hearing it there ...
Praying for it to end soon.

But I think the guy up north might have different ideas about that.

Then again, that's just ... projecting ... on my part.
