Apparently, especially so for folks with high mercury loads, iirc.

We started taking walnut flower essence yesterday afternoon. Tonight Sam fell asleep peacefully. No kicking and screaming when the lights were turned out. (DH or I stay with him until he is asleep. He is brought into our room when we go to sleep.)
We are still going to work on this. Something is bringing up these emotions for him. We have gone through boughts of this in the past. So I do want to figure out the why, but it is good to not have him in so much distress.

I am taking walnut essence for myself to help me with our transition to being corn free. I always have a hard time adjusting to a new food removal.

Thank you for all of the suggestions. Everyone's was great, very pertinent and accurate for us. Many we are already doing, but appreciate the feedback anyway.

Now I am off to find a magnesium supplement that doesn't have any corn. I just bought a XL bottle of natural calm because it was working so well for us. ugh. hmmmm what was I just saying about transitions? Where is my remedy bottle????
