I wasn't blown away but I enjoyed it. It was great to see what's going on with the family after so long! The Nicki going to work and being a spy story line is pretty interesting, I wonder where that will lead.

I hope we get some flashbacks about margene's pregnancy and birth!

I just watched it last night- I am so happy it's back! I'm a little bummed that the story picks up so much later, but it makes sense as the kids are so much older than the last season. I'm with everyone else- I hope they have some flashbacks.

I can't believe the scene with Albie in the bathroom. That just shocked me. I'm wondering who put the hit on him but I really think it's his mother. I think there's going to be a lot of drama this season, with Nicki being a spy and the 4th wife and Roman's trial and Barb's cancer.

I don't like Anna. And, I hate that he had sex with her. Even though he takes things to the extreme to protect his family, you always felt like he was a man with strong moral conviction. And then he can't keep it in his pants? I hated that. It made the whole process of adding a wife cheap.

I too think his mother put the hit on Albie. She knows he tried to kill Roman and now he's taken over the compound and pushing everyone out.

I do not want Barb to have cancer. That makes me sad

I was proud of Nikki for what she did on the roof. That was a good out.

But, what the heck is up with Teenie showing other kids porn?

So, is anybody mad that Bill and Anna hooked up? It's one thing to cheat on one wife, but on three? One one hand, he's supposed to be Mr. Super-husband, and then he does this? I don't know. Not good in my book. I wonder if Bill's heading for a downturn.

I am not happy either that Bill hooked up with Ana. I agree with amcal that it cheapens the process. But--- it does show that he is human and that even someone with strong moral convictions can have trouble resisting temptation. It could lead to some interesting character development.

I love the scene at the block party where they assume everyone is ignoring them because they found out that they were polygamists but really it was because Teeny was showing porn. And I love that Nikki could see what was going on and saved the day.

What was up with that scene with Wanda and the bird? Did that strike anyone else as odd? I mean, Wanda herself is odd, but the bird thing just seemed a little weird to me.

I finally got to watch tonight....oh my! Love that Nikki is a double agent, she is so good at that! Yes, I think it was Mom that put the hit on Albey. Funny how everyone knows he is gay, but he doesn't know that everyone knows.

See, they were already married in Season 1, so all I remember is from flashbacks. I remember Magene worked at Home Plus... but I don't know if we know if they hooked up or not. Maybe we do, and I just forgot.

I'm wondering if they will somehow address how difficult it is to be gay in the LDS church (and probably even harder in the offshoots) through Albie's character? : "Latter Days" was a good film on the subject.

The way I remember it was that it was implied in past seasons that Margene and Bill got together before approval from Barb and Nikki after he hired her as the family babysitter and he met her when she was working at Home Plus.

He was with Margene before marriage also right? I sort of remember that.
Not sure what is going on with Teenie. I definitely think that Albies mom put the hit out on him. Who else would have, maybe Bills mom?

I could definitely see Nikki fulfilling that role rather happily though. I would pity the other wives if that were to happen.

I got a kick out of Alby's first wife though when she was ordering the other wives around. "Tell her how sassy she is, Daddy." I was waiting for her to break out the riding crop and the whip.

I was so shocked to hear Big Love was coming back! Its about fricking time HBO put on some kind of decent show... its been for evah!

I thought the hit came from Albie's dad, but I see now it probably was the mom... I mean, I thought dad could have gotten one of his connections to do it from prison, yet mom makes much more sense.

It does suck that Bill cheated... or whatever... couldnt wait... that really clouds his image.

I love Margene and how she busted out that native language and won the gambling deal.. WTG Margene!

I'm glad Barb's oldest dd; what's her name? the blonde one? I'm glad she's going out of state for school, I think that is what will be best for her and really make her happy, to find her own way... wonder how the fam will take it?
