Freezing seitan?

Has anyone frozen seitan? I ended up making a triple batch (had dh helping me and he added 3x the veg broth he should have) and I don't think we can eat it before it goes bad (5 days, right?). Can I freeze it in broth? Make a dish like a pot pie and freeze that?

I freeze it in the broth. It freezes fine. I have also frozen casseroles with seitan in them and that is good too.

Thank you! I am so glad I could freeze it, I really did not want to throw that much out and now I have 3 meals worth of seitan ready to go!
