I was watching Breakfast At Tiffanys this morning, and the ending is probably one of the best movie endings of all time!

It made me think of other movie endings that were great.....wondered which ones are some of your favorites? Here are some more of mine......

The two endings that come to mind for me are "Officer and A Gentleman" and "Bridges of Madison County"

I loved the ending to The Sixth Sense (well, the first time I watched it)! I admit I was stunned!

As odd a movie as it was I liked the ending to Magnolia.............. and Fight Club. I also second The Usual Suspects and Memento.

dumb question but......how do the spoilers work? Can someone who wants to see them see them....? Or are they just blocked out?

Hi Rainsmom! Great thread!


To read it all you have to do is highlight the blacked out area with your mouse, like you would if you were going to copy it or whatever. It's a great way to protect information that some people reading the thread might not want to see so they can read everything else. Before people just had to put SPOILERS in the title or leave huge spaces in their responses as a warning. I love spoiler tags!

i about died at the end of 'fight club.' i love that pixies song so much.

ITA about 'the usual suspects.' dh and i watched it last week. sooo good.

maybe 'the crow' too. that is the only movie that has ever made me cry.

Just saw 'Pirates of the Carribean' and absolutely looooooooved the ending. I love the last thing JOhnny Depp says.
