how much goat's rue? and other questions

Hi there--I just started goat's rue and more milk plus. I'm wondering how much to take... the label suggests 1 capsule 4x day...but should I increase this?
I have a borderline low supply (i think). DS has low weight gain and I make about 24 ounces/day. I'm returning to work part time and want to get this supply up and give DS enough milk.
How do you know if you have low glandular tissue?
I also ordered Shatavari. Has anyone done all 3 together?

Don't do more milk plus and goat's rue - buy more milk special blend and you essentially get both in one product, so half the price!

You could, however, do more milk special blend and goat's rue on the side for, effectually, a double dose of the goat's rue. The double dose was recommended to me - I have IGT - and I had no bad side effects. You still have to wait 2-3 weeks for effects to show thru.

More Milk special blend seems to be on backorder everywhere right now... so I got the mmplus with goat's rue on the side... they should be alright together, right?
but...how much to take? and...how do you know if you have IGT?

Yeah, they're definitely fine to take together. I would start with the recommended dose of both, and after a few weeks, if you're not seeing enough change, you could do up to double on the goat's rue.

To the best of my knowledge, there's no definitive diagnosis for IGT, and even if you're certain you have it, there's still the Q of why - the underlying cause would give you more insight into steps you could take to develop more tissue.

IGT and Goats Rue

I live outside US where Goats Rue is unavailable. I had not idea that about IGT. I might have that. I just got my hands on a this supplemenet today. However, I am 4months PP. Can and will taking GR make a difference at this stage?
