Done! I love it. The ribbing did fix the curling issues and I put the seam on the outside; much cuter. Now I want one for myself but I'll have to go get a pair of circs to do it; it will take a lot more cast on stitches to make it long enough to hang past my chin. Someone on Ravelry made one and cast on 100 or more. I wonder what would happen if you knit the beginning with a smaller needle to get it to pull in more around your face then switched to the larger needles.
