song for daily rhythms, such as bathing, cleaning, feeding, changing, etc. what would it be and why?

I would go with this one...

But I only listened to the CD to get the rhythm of the songs (it's been a while since I read music) and then we sang without it. I find Mary's voice on the CD too high to sing along with comfortably.

i really like this one a lot you can download it right off amazon and not wait or pay for shipping o and you can also preview it.

I only have this second one, but im sure the first one is good. Many of the songs in our parent/child class came from these i've noticed.

My kids LOVE the Seven Times the Sun cd. I bought it to learn the songs, but we also listen to it in the car.

There's a "Seven Times the Sun" CD? Where did you get it from? All I can find is the book (which we love). What about "The Singing Day"? Anyone like this one?

Being somewhat new to the Waldorf idea (and more of a homeschooler although ds is only 4), I've been on the hunt for songs that we could sing along with our day-to-day activities like cleaning up our toys, etc. It seems that for ds things go so much easier if there's a song that we can sing to accompany it.

For that purpose which would be better? "This is the Way We Wash a Day" or "The Singing Day"?

: also. I think we could use something like this.

DD (and me ) LOVE Laurie Berkner! http://www.laurieberkner.com/site/

Some of her songs are on Nicol... and Noggin, but the whole CD we have (there is more than 1) is 'catchy'.

Thank you so much! I just searched their website today and found that they offer the book only, the cd only, or the book and cd as a set! Now all I need to do is come up with the funds for both!
