Do preemies experience growth spurts closer to their adjusted age?

I'm asking because Molly (27 weeker, now 4 mons adjusted) was such a great night time sleeper. She would sleep for a good 6-7 hours w/o waking. She wasn't a good napper at all, but that's ok. Now for the last week, she's not sleeping more than 2 hours, waking & nursing for about an hour. rinse, repeat.

She's 7 months chronologially today. She truly nurses all.day.long. Could this be a growth spurt?

I think it's hard to say with preemies. I found my kids' growth spurts happened somewhere between their adjusted and actual ages during that first year. It was really frustrating to try and figure it out! I hope this is a spurt for Molly and you can get some rest soon!
