anyone know if the Tjs coarse sea salt is French Grey Sea Salt? Its not white and looks moist. Its probably not, it just says its not processed.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Sel Gris de Mer is grey salt Fleur de Sel is just sea salt. I don't have the jar in front of me, but I think it's just sea salt, not grey salt. You can check to see what the label says. If it doesn't have "gris" in the name, it's not grey salt. Whichever it is, I love cooking with it!

I have no clue, but the white sea salt sold in a grinder (also lemon pepper) at TJ's is awesome . . . not so much for the salt, which is salt . . . but that grinder rocks! I have one filled up with white pepper and one full of Just Roasted Garlic (dehydrated slivers of roasted garlic). No more pounding with the mortar and pestle when I want some of that garlic. *grins*
