Book Recommendations

I'm looking for book recommendations. I'd like to buy a few knitting books with cute patterns for babies/young kids that require minimal seaming/finishing and, preferably, use worsted weight yarns. I've purchased a few books but made very few of the items because I'm just not thrilled with them. What are your favorites?

I would say joining Ravelry first would be good. You can look at all sorts of patterns, read what others thought of them, see how their projects turned out, etc. They have a great pattern library to search as well.
