Help -need motivation-flybabies (flylady lite)

I had to take one of my meds that makes me logy the next day last night. so i didn't even get 'dressed to the shoes"
I can't let go of the "gotta get it done" I do the "house blessing ": thing on Sundays.
We do school this evening and start hard tomorrow too.
I started my dirty blankets in the machine and have half vacuumed -a friend called from MO and am talking to her right now.
I still have to finish the rest of the house, and my room. My room is not negotiable at the moment. I had my teen do most of the kitchen for me.
I keep telling myself I am the one setting an example for my kids.
I want the two slobbier ones to see clean to model clean..kwim?

Help me get off my duff after I am through talking to her to get it finished...

Kitchen - Go wipe off the top of your stove (kind of like the kitchen sink, but easier)
Living room - clean off the coffee table or put videotapes away
Bathroom - wipe out the sink
Bedroom - clear your nightstand
Dining Room - clear the table
Office - throw away paper trash on desk and take dishes to kitchen

These are my 5-minute pick-me-ups when I'm having trouble getting motivated. Just pick one and do it!
