Owwwwww! Such pain! While hiking with my dogs this morning, my mutt ran after a deer bedded down before I even knew what was going on. Chasing a deer is stupid enough in itself but she is not a particularly brainy bitch. Anyway, I began calling her back while running after her (by this time she was far far away- she's fast). I had to use the diaphragm to yell loud enough and it doubled me over with abdomen pain! I had to get home after that (1.5 miles) and now it still hurts!
