recycled materials COVERS or AIO!!!!!

I need ideas that really work for recycled covers and aio materials.

crib pad (I haven't tried)
3 layers fleece-(too thick)
wool sweater(I love, but also hard to find)


Any tried and true suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Pics are also very much enjoyed!

I wouldn't do the crib pad, it's just not meant for the heavy washing that cd's go through. Shower curtains are another one I've seen suggested, but again, I just don't think that they would hold up very well at all. The only ones I have used are wool blanket/sweaters and fleece. I have some soakers that are one layer fleece with an extra layer sewn into the wet zone that work well for around the house and aren't too thick. Also, after I 'treat' them with fabric softener a couple of times, it seems to work even better.
