Decent book although I don't agree with everything she says or necessarily her financial worldview, but it does have good info.
Frex, I would challenge her assertion that housing is going to recover since we have millions of people in homes they can't afford and lack millions of people looking for a home. I think that oversupply is going to depress home prices for quite a while, until either the economy recovers and prices go low enough to make homes affordable to a broad swath of people, or the excess inventory is razed. I suspect it will be 10 years before the housing market begins to recover.
