We had a Kenmore 580 and it seems to have died after five years of service. The power comes on, but it won't suck water anymore and the fan doesn't run. 
From what I see online, dehumidifiers are pretty unreliable appliances, and this one in particular has some big unfixable problems. I did try cleaning the coils and the filter, but no luck.
Anyway, any ideas for cheap (under $100, preferably under $75) dehumidifiers would be great. We have a damp/leaky basement and can't live without one for much longer.
