Hello everyone! I actually was a registered member back in 2004-2005 (pregnancy and infancy) but life intervened, I went mostly offline and stopped coming to MDC. I started lurking again a few months ago (school-related issues mostly, when people started making comments to us about our daughter not being in UPK, because, you know, a 3-1/2 year old really ought to be in a CLASSROOM but more about that some other time) and finally thought I ought to start posting again....but I couldn't remember my old login and I don't have the email address I signed up with anymore....so, I decided to just reboot and start over again! (I probably only had posted 50 times or so, so it's not like I endangered my senior member status or anything )

So here I am, and hopefully this time I'll stay...
