This just goes to show that mom's and babies' bodies do really wait until they are ready in all ways! Not just physically, and that there can be sooo many factors that rule out/delay the physical process. KWIM? I was so afraid that mine would come earlier than my due date, before I had my birthing pool, but he waited until a couple days after we had the pool, and came 2 days before my EDD. My first was 3 weeks before and I don't know why other than extensive physical activity and maybe my doc stripped my membranes or put something down there that I didn't know about at the time.

Congratulations!!!! You did amazing and I can't wait to hear your story!

Congrats on your birth! 42 weeks sounds like it was just perfect!



I have gone 42wk2 days, 43weeks and 44 weeks. I am dreaming that this 4th baby might be punctual!
