TF Toddler snack trays?

What's in yours?

We're staring one this weekend, I need some time to go buy stuff.

I'm thinking:
cubed raw cheese
raisins
sourdough almond butter with honey sandwich(cut into the shapes of bears or Christmas trees )
See if he'll eat carrots (he's super picky)
grapes
strips of buckwheat waffles

See right now he won't eat any meat. I'm really hoping that if he can assert his own independence by picking what he wants (and I'll have him help me set up the tray before he goes to bed each night) he may eat healthier. I would LOVE some more ideas. Thank you so much!

I do these on and off. Here is sort of a list of what I put in them:

cheese (the good stuff)
olives
pickles
dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, cut up apricots)
dinner leftovers - shredded chicken, bits of meatloaf, whatever's available
hardboiled egg
cut up fresh fruit
cut up fresh veggies (though not so much in winter when there's not much in season)
occasionally, crackers - goldfish, bee shaped grahams, whichever daddy brought home (i save these for the horrible 'i'm not eating a thing' days)
tortilla chips and salsa

basically, i open the fridge and pull out whats in there
