My daughter's here...her name need to catch up!

I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl Jan 7 @ 6:08p.m. at home!...started having light contractions the night before, more bloody show ect. Went to my midwife apt where the student midwife stripped my membranes(i was 1-2cm dialated), and still having contractions.

By the time I got home I was having contractions every two min, mild but annoying none the less. Called the midwives and they arrived within 15 min since my last active labour was 2:15...they checked me and I was 3-4cm, so after they set up they broke my water.

That was it, labour went crazy quick, total 58 min, 50 min of active labour, 8 min of pushing! and she was born!

We've narrowed down name choices but dh is SLOW to decide so far we have

Cadence
Dean
Drew

Not yet..dh is taking his sweet time, its basically been left up to him and he keeps changing his mind!..come on we had the whole pregnancy, and its been a week already!

She's been named! Names that we weren't planning either lol

Chelsea Sloan(She'll go by Sloan)...my dh has loved Sloan since I was pregnant w ds, and dh's grandmothers maiden name was Sloan, so it added up...plus she looks like a Sloan!
