I am setting up my website and want to know what others do for their store email accounts. Do you have info@, orders@, etc.? What do you need?

But then aren't you checking them all day?
I'm thinking info@ for questions, orders@ for correspondence re orders and for paypal to go to.
Then maybe me and dh's names for correspondence to each other.

We have several - one with each of our first names, one for customersupport@, one is inquiries@ (for distribution to places that we are contacting in regards to inventory), blogs@ (for our business blogs) and searchengine@ (for google accounts and similar).
I agree - make one for everything you think you need
After they are set up, have the non-primary ones forward to the one you use the most and you won't have to check all of them all the time.

heck no I don't check them all separately! You can filter them all through Outlook, firebird (whatever firefox calls it) Seamonkey has a reader too. there are lots of them! They all come to one place just in different folders. I'm an Outlook fan, or whatever Vista renamed it.

I would highly recommend you use Gmail!
You can set up all your store email addresses (have as many as you want...100's if you like) and then have them all forward to your gmail. You can then set up labels (folders) and filters to sort all your email. This way you only have to check one email account for all your email...it will be organized and you can check it from anywhere.
