I have signed up for a Yoga/Kirstan workshop at Surya Yoga in Clapham tomorrow night. Is anyone around who would like to join me?

I have registered and payed for both bits and so will be there 6:30-9:30pm. It would be fun to meet some of you there!

Peace

You find things in your new city really quickly! There's another yoga class I do on Friday nights, but if you ever want to meet up for some of the classes at the Brockwell Lido, let me know. I go to all the ones that are free for members, but would be happy to try out some of the others too!

cool!

I have a friend who knows some of the people who teach up at the Lido and around the area and she is going to put in a good word for me so with luck I'll be teaching up at the Lido before we know it!

I'm feeling ready to do a bit of teaching again. Settling in is going well and it has been too long since I taught a class.

I'm always happy to check out other classes though so yeah, I'd but up for that. I should look into membership at the Lido. I've barely looked at what goes on up there.
I had the kids there today racing around with swords and scooters with our friends who live up there. Such fun

And yes...I jump right in to everything with both feet and I was in NEED of some Kirtan so I jumped on it.

It happens every month so if Kirtan interests you I'll be there again in February for sure...the Kirtan artists were amazing and it was so great I'll be needing another hit.

Let's do get together soon.
