Does anyone here live in a country which uses the OPV?

How did/do you deal with this?

Did you decide to give this vaccine because of the risk that your child may contract polio from a vaccinated and shedding child?

I don't. But I thought I would post anyway mainly to bump your thread up.

As you said there is a chance of the child getting polio from the vaccine itself. And there is a chance of someone changing the child's diapers of getting polio from vaccine shedding.

I would never consider giving it no matter where I lived.
