A man froze to death in my town

A senior man was found frozen to death this morning. This makes me so sad. It is -33C...too cold to be out walking before 6 am. What was he doing outside? Was he homeless? Drunk? Confused? He is around the same age as my dad....it makes me sad to know that he died alone and cold....
