Ok, this is getting ridiculous - Page 2

I had cp twice and my sister had em 3 times. First times mild cases then last time was full blown. I think if you get a mild case you have a higher chance of getting it again.

Dr.s don't have any idea about the diseases they are vaxing for except the "dangerous" part.
My SIL had a bad cold that seemed to be spreading to her lungs, and her dr. gave her the DTaP so her cold "wouldn't turn in to WC" ?!?!?!?! WHAT????? Not only that but they said "we are giving you a TETNUS shot so this won't turn into whooping cough..." What a great explanation, I wonder if they explained the side effects...
Also lets not forget she was really sick when they gave it to her!

Are you people crazy? How can you possibly expect a doctor to identify and diagnose, and :gasp: treat something like the measles or pertussis??!?!?! You're all out of your minds to think that doctors ever see these diseases when magical wonderful vaccines and been developped and are saving the world. So what if there's a rise in autoimmune disorders and chronic conditions, but kids sure wont get itchy chicken pox.

Last year my kids came down with CP right on Easter.I took them in warning the Dr that I thought it might be CP.The Dr looked at them and said it was just their eczema and prescribed hydrocortisone and benadryl.I asked him twice, at this point they were covered from head to toe in a fine little rash with blisters sprinkled throughout. He said no and that my oldest was just fine going back to school. My oldest still didn't feel right so I kept him home and treated it like pox and sent pictures to my mom and a friend of my sister's who is in med school, both said its def. CP.I took them back and this time a second Dr agreed it was CP.I'm sure glad I treated it like CP rather than the eczema that I've been dealing with since my oldest was 2!I know what eczema looks like and this was not it,even during a flare up.My oldest who was vaxed til he was 2 and got the CP vax was the one who got the CP the worst and took the longest to get over it.

so...they say its not chicken pox, so the number of outbreaks goes "down" for the statistics. huh, this must be the same rule they go by when they tell parents who's children are seizing and screaming after their shots that it "couldn't be related to the shots". That way the number of adverse reactions to vaccines is low too!!! wow. Everyday is something new to baffle and shock me!

It's a good thing you went for a second diagnosis/opinion and used common sense. It makes you wonder how many are suffering needlessly because having a vaccine automatically assumes a certain condition is not occurring.
