I think he was hot in Dan in Real Life, even though he is way too clean cut for my taste. For me it's not about his appearance, I just love him and he's absolutely hilarious in 40 YOV.

I wouldn't say hot but his character was pretty cute in Dan in Real Life, considering he's not so hot at all in The Office --but, he cracks me up constantly!!

see, in the scene in DIRL, where he takes off with the hot chick in her sports car to make the other woman jealous, he had a very unusual-for-him-sexual look on his face. It made me think maybe he's a freak, and is probably quite freak-y when he drops the whole clean-cut nice guy persona. I'd love talk to his wife after a few cocktails.
