Fabric with play scene?

I'm sewing my 20-month old daughter an I Spy quilt. I'd like the back of it to be usable for her as well -- I was hoping to find some fabric that had a scene from above (town with roads, farm, etc) where she could play with her cars or figures.

I've tried Google searches and Joann's online, but with little luck. The only thing I found was Michael Miller's Merryville (http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ng_id=19209744), but it's not quite right. I could make do, but I was hoping someone out there knew of another option or two?

Thanks!

What if you appliqued some streets and buildings on the back fabric?Maybe your neighborhood?
