Is that people are less likely to approach you getting too close or touch your new little one.

Some people have no boundaries!

Thank you Moby Wrap

Something about having your baby nestled in your breasts sure keeps the men and most women hands off.

Grrr! An older woman grabber DS's hand as we were getting off the subway today. I wasn't quick enough to side-step her. Please, just don't do that, okay? Don't touch my baby, especially during flu season.
Rant done.

I don't know about you guys...but DH and I very firmly tell people, "do not touch my child. You are committing a misdemeanor and it is called battery. do not touch without asking. we find it very offensive." (we say this as they reach in for a touch)

you never know what someone was just doing before they touch your DC...pooping, not washing hands, smoking, doing drugs, having sex, touching poison, touching something that you or DC might be allergic to...

I know we may seem harsh but I have DS's safety at the forefront of my mind.

oh yeah, and I wear DS constantly in the wrap

I agree! It's nice when you can just turn your body and walk away.
