Dd is 2yo and has a little patch of eczema on her chin. I'm assuming it's eczema. We've never had anything like it before, it's red and dry and bumpy and it calms down, then flares, usually after a meal. It's been there for about a month. Her reactions are almost always digestive/pee misses/behavior, so this is all new to me. She reacts to a bunch of stuff, but I'm not going to list it cause the specifics don't matter. I've never noticed a reaction to trace anything, but I cook from scratch and there hasn't been much opportunity for x-contamination.

Just over a month ago, we:
1) identified a biotin deficiency and started supplementing (me) with biotin
2) started the failsafe diet, eliminating amines, salicylates and glutamates.
3) trialed butter and got a likely fail (she stopped napping and I started getting migraines). We cut out the butter after new year's, and both symptoms have largely gone away.

Now we're both sick and she more or less hasn't nursed since sunday (it's wednesday). She's eaten a fair amount of food, though. The red patch is suddenly almost gone. She's been offered/eating all the same foods as me, though I don't keep tabs on what she's *actually* eating. On monday, we got some bananas (which have amines) as a special sick treat.

Any guesses?
