Kathy- your probiotics

Where do you get it? What kind do you use?
I want to try switching out to coconut or rice based milk subs for DS1 (yes, I'm finally convinced that soy is a problem). DS1 is most upset about the loss of his soy yogurt. I know there's the So Delicious/Purely Decadent coconut one that's pre-made, but it contains soy in some form, right?

I make coconut milk yogurt (the So Delicious one has something we can't have -- I think carageenan). I also bought some GIPROx12 probiotics from the same company as the yogurt starter so that I can open the capsules and put them in smoothies. I don't sweeten the yogurt much when I'm making it so that I can use it in various things -- sweeten it to eat or use to dip fruits in, spices to make a dillly dip for veggies, sweeten it for frosting, etc.

I make saurkraut for enzymes. I tried kefir (coconut water) and the kids didn't like it, but I may try water kefir or coconut milk kefir at some point (I still have some starter in the fridge).

I also bought a Pro2Go probiotic for DS. Grape flavored crystals that you pour on their tongue. He really liked it. It's sweetened with xylitol. It would probably be good for DD2 as well but it says not to use under 5 years old.

Sorry it took me awhile. We were on vacation and I'm sifting through old messages to see if I missed anything exciting with anyone.
