I'm Looking a for a Plumbing Part. Help, please!

Good morning!

I am in search of a simple toilet part that is ONLY available in the UK. My friend has a friend in France, and even THEY can't get it. :

The part is a simple pressure valve for a toilet. I can PP money for the part, postage and time. I have pictures and specifics.

If any UK MDCers are interested in helping out this DESPERATE US MDCer....please post here or PM me.
