Anybody sewn from Elizabeth Lee patterns?

What did you think? How'd the items work for you?

I picked up a couple of her patterns at a yard sale a couple years ago, and I have my eye on a few more, but before I started I figured I'd ask if anyone had some experience with them.

I have several of them-- from 10+ years ago. I found them to be quite generous in sizing, a bit boxy, and have very easy to follow directions and be pretty easy to make. The swimsuit and mama coat are a little tricky, but if you follow the directions, even if it seems odd, you'll be fine. She really does a nice job of making the directions easy to understand, unlike a lot of commercial patterns. She also has tips for altering to make pg/transition alterations or if you are large-breasted...

Some of her newer designs look quite cute and shaped a bit at the waist to be more 'modern'. Though you could do that with choice of fabric, etc anyway.

Check out the newsletters (I think that's what it's called) on her website or sign up to have them mailed. Lots of great ideas from other moms and any updates or changes are in there too.

Any other questions, just ask!
Have fun!
