In the study, Rodney R. Dietert points out that a scientific field known as developmental immunotoxicology (DIT) focuses on the effects of exposure to biological materials, drugs, medical devices, chemicals, and other environmental factors on the developing immune system in fetuses, infants and children. Research so far suggests links between those factors and an increased risk of asthma, autism, diabetes, leukemia, and other important diseases.
So how some doctors and scientists can say that vaccines are safe is so beyond comprehension I can't stand it.

Thanks for the link.

I only wish the article were more detailed. How did he come to these conclusions, who did he study, for how long, what ages etc etc.

It's a starting point though. I think I am going to google his name and see if I can find anything else on his study. I am very interested to read the specifics.

It gives the reference for the full article:

the article said nothing specifically about vaccines, I am not sure that I want to read into it that much..... it is very hard to find concrete articles/studies against the benefit of vaccination. (even though I personally believe they do harm)

No they are not stating vaccines directly, BUT they are stating biological materials, chemicals and drugs, all of which are in vaccines. The study also specifically states heavy metals such as mercury. Aluminum is also in that category when in excessive amounts, like in vaccines.

Exactly!

Since all those things are in vaccines, they should be avoided.

I am not sure that the author is speaking FOR vaccines. I don't see that.

I believe vaccines were not a consideration in that study.

He is indirectly citing vaccines : In his references, #28 he cites A 2008 article on Risk of Childhood Leukemia Associated With Vaccination, Infection and Medication Use in Childhood.

Thanks for the article. That is clearly an indictment of the effects that can stem from vaccination. It is also strong evidence against the idea that "a little" won't do any harm when it comes to some of these additives in vaccines.

Thanks for the link to the full text article. The author sites this study -

McKeever, T. M., Lewis, S. A., Smith, C., and Hubbard, R. (2002)
The importance of prengatal exposures on the development of allergic
disease: A birth cohort study using the West Midlands General Practice
Database. Am. J. Respir. Crit. Care Med. 166, 827–832.

as evidence that maternal use of antibiotics during pregnancy is linked to allergies. Something that the allergy forum folks may be interested in.

I'm bumping since I think some new people need to read it and see the correlation.
