I know that there is a discussion thingy happening today at Noon on Etsy. Don't know the details though since I'm not a seller. I know Etsy has an area set up: http://blog.buyhandmade.org/

Worth bumping.
I did some reading up on it but am not sure what the current status is. I would like to stay updated on it, and hope that Martha Stewart really gets behind the fight, sicne she is such a big promoter of hand-made toys. I just can't even imagine handmade toys being illegal. What a strange world this would be.
On second thought, I wonder if people would "not for children" or "not toys" or something like that, so they can continue to produce and sell their items.

I would just slap a "just for decoration" disclaimer on it.
