Anyone know the link to FL Statue of homebirth rights?

I'm hearing that there is a Statue in FL of homebirth rights. I've been researching FL dept of Health and nothing is coming up.
"the right of women to birth in the place and with whom they chose....
Chapter 467 ss. 383.30-383.335. (also try F.S. s. 626.6406; s. 627.6574 and s. 641.31(18).)
Section 467.002, F.S."
My mw sent this to me but I would like the actual web link where this is published so I can reference in the appeal letter.
I went to http://www.doh.state.fl.us/, http://cfmidwifery.org/states/states.aspx?ST=FL but no info that I need.
Thank you for your help.
ETA: I have BCBS HMO in FL.

Thank you for the link! I'll have to see how I can link these info to argue over my insurance not willing to pay out of network provider.

I re-read this article and looks like it is for midwifery practice in FL rather than homebirth rights and how insurance should cover wherever mother chooses to birth statement. Does anyone know where I can find this statue? I'm going to print a copy and talk with a rep tomorrow.
Thank you in advance.

We were having serious insurance issues in FL with BCBS and I learned a lot about insurance covering HB in FL. While they legally have to cover homebirths they get to set their own rate of what they feel the services are valued at - leaving you to pay the difference. Some insurance comapnies pay under $2,000 for prenatals, birth, etc. It is ridiculous but all you can do is appeal and write letters to anyone and everyone who will listen. We were expected to pay $2,100 even though we have the BCBS "high coverage" that we pay an arm and a leg for.
