Medical Intuitive

Ok, so I know this is out there, but a colleague referred me to a medical intuitive to get advice about DD's allergy/intolerance issues. Apparently this is essentially a psychic with a medical background. My colleague highly recommends her. Anyone ever heard of it? Am I crazy for even considering this?

Hmm.
I've heard of intuitives, "psychics" etc, and even heard of them being used in criminal cases. Never for medical issues, but why not?
I used to read palms and regularly informed people of health issues before a doctor noticed symptoms, so I can easily see it being a possibility. (I never phrased it as "This is wrong." always as "You might ask your doctor about this. It's probably nothing, but check it out." The mind is amazing in what it can and will do if it's convinced something is wrong.)
I can see it being valid but I'm not going to say that it is *for certain*.

God, at this point I'd try anything. I don't think it sounds too crazy at all.

I've heard of them. There's a famous one who used to be on Oprah fairly often years ago, but I can't recall her name.

I used to know a massage therapist who could touch people and tell what illnesses they had, which essentially made her a medical intuitive.

All a medical intuitive is is a psychic who specializes in medical matters. Everyone has a particular thing they seem to have a knack for honing in on, and medical intuitives feel illnesses.

I am an intuitive (not a medical intuitive) and I can tell you that tapping in to another's energy is real. I've always had a good intuition, but when I really started to tap in, I was shocked and a little surprised at how much detail I can get about a person.

So yeah, it's real.

When my dd was dealing w/allergies and intolerances and metal toxicity, I was referred to a great one and I consult w/her at least once a year now. She's wonderful!

I was actually thinking of you when considering whether to do this. I figure if a rock can help, then maybe this person can too And I figure she has to know at least as much as any of the doctors at this point!

One of my mom's best friends is an energy healer and I went to see her when I was preggo. I also know many people who have gone to see her. I completely am in awe of her abilities and it was an amazing experience. She had no specific medical focus or anything and I would LOVE if I could find someone who did. Hmmmm, maybe I should just go see her again and bring DD and see what happens!?!?

We were referred to an intuitive. At the time she told me our issue was digestion (for the eczema) but I didn't get it. There was also something else she said that led us to where we got healed, a long story though.

I would go for it.

I have an appt in the morning. She apparently walks through our history and I am supposed to come with a list of questions. So what should I ask? I am really not sure what questions she is supposed to be able to help with. So far I have:

- what are DD and I intolerant of?
- are we dealing with medical issues other than intolerances? any IgE allergies?
- is yeast an issue? adrenal fatigue? posterior tongue tie?
- should I focus on adding in foods or supplements?
- should I go on a rotation diet?
- what should I trial next?
- any other doctors I should try to see?
- how long will gut healing take? what should I be doing for gut healing?
- will DD outgrow this? will she be affected long-term?
- if I have another child, will that child have food intolerances? will it be a boy or girl ?

Any thoughts?

I'd bring along a list of things that you are already doing to help her and let the intuitive tune in and see which ones are working for you now, and which ones aren't.
