This would be quite an endeavor (for my inexperienced self), but has anyone done this? I was thinking about a toy like the Wheely Bug, with caster wheels. Couldn't I attach some kind of seat to caster wheels and add a handle of some kind and then....well save some cash!? I googled this and couldn't come up with anything, but I thought if anyone knew you guys would. If anyone has done anything similar, I'd love to hear your ideas! TIA!
