DD has appt. w/allergist-what ?'s should I ask?

Last week DD had a bad reaction to cashews. I have suspected allergies, but she never has had a severe reaction to anything except the cashews. More like irritating symptoms that now that we are putting two and two together seem like they could be allergy related.We have an appt. with an allergist next week. I have a list of questions that I am curious about. However, since many of you mamas are way more experienced than I am, are there any questions that I definitely should ask? Anything you wish you would have found out but forgot to ask? I don't want to miss anything. Thank you in advance!

I would ask

*for an emergency action plan to go along with the Epi-pen (jr.) that should be prescribed for a nut allergy.

*for the recommended dosage of antihistime and when to use it (see above)

*should other nuts be avoided?

*how often should we come back for testing?

*how can I get ahold of you (Dr.) if I have questions?
